No. For security reasons we do not store your billing information on our servers. We only store a card reference code, provided to us by our bank. We can use this code to rebill your credit card, if you have an active subscription, but we do not have access to your credit card number.
In order to pick a number, navigate your mouse towards the upper menu – choose the "Lotteries" category and click on the lottery you wish to play. Once you've chosen your lottery, pick your lucky numbers and add them to the shopping cart.
Picking the same numbers is easy! Simply click on the “Ticket History” button. Under it you can see your previous picks and re-pick the same numbers as your previous pick by clicking on the Play Again link.
Once the lottery results are published, we will send an email to all of our customers and provide them with their active picks. You can also check your winnings by logging into your account and clicking on the "Ticket History" button.
A lottery syndicate is a group of people who pool numbers in a lottery draw together on one or more results. Lottery syndicates give you a better chance of winning as you'll be playing multiple numbers combinations at the same time. The winnings of the syndicate are distributed among all of its participants.
Every syndicate is split into a fixed number of shares (parts). Every share has a fixed price. You can buy a maximum of 10 shares in each syndicate group.
All our syndicates work on a subscription model, you can choose to pay either monthly, every 3, 6 or 12 months. This is your billing cycle. Save money by choosing a larger billing cycle.

Subscription ensures that you never miss a lottery draw. Using a subscription, you can create a recurring pick without repeating the purchase process or even logging in to the site. Pick your preferred billing cycle to pay for your subscription, the more you pay in advance the more money you can save.
Simply login to your account, click on the "My Lottery Picks" category and then on "Cancel Subscription" next to the product you wish to cancel. Please note that all of the picks placed via the subscription prior to its cancellation cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
If we fail to charge your credit card (or any other associated payment method) for the subscription's next billing cycle, we'll inform you about it via email. We'll attempt to charge your credit card one more time 48 hours from the 1st attempt and no later than the cut-off time of the next draw. If this second attempt fails as well we'll automatically cancel your subscription.
If you win the Jackpot or any second tier prize you'll need to fill out a claim form. Once the form is submitted, if a prize is of US$2,500 or more, then you are responsible for personally collecting the Prize from the related Lottery Operator. If you are entitled to Secondary Winnings of up to US$2,500 (inclusive), we will collect the Winnings on your behalf from the related Lottery Operator and transfer the Winnings to your User Account. If you are required, or choose to, personally collect your Prize directly from the related Lottery Operator, we will arrange for one of our representatives to meet you at our offices (or another location of our choice) in the country of the Lottery Operator and hand-deliver your Winning Lottery Ticket to you. The winnings would be transferred to you within 2 weeks time.
You can withdraw your winnings at any time by wiring them from your TheLotterCompany account into your personal bank account or into your Skrill account.
There are no minimum or maximum withdrawal limits. The value of any awards or bonuses cannot be withdrawn.
